Note: Do not forget to attach a note with the following information:
1. Your name and address
2. Your email address and phone number
3. A short problem description or desired repair
4. Also, if you have already opened it or tried to repair it

Always send your console as a parcel post and take care of a protective package.
Please be frank, unposted shipments are not accepted.
Don’t forget to mention the sender on the package.

Once the repair is completed (within 24 hours except the weekend) you will receive a payment request by email, after which the console is sent to you.
The shipping costs for registered and insured return shipping are €9.75 or not insured €7.25 euro (within the Netherlands)
The shipping cost of a return parcel is a small parcel with status information costs €4.50 (within the Netherlands)

You can also give you repair at our address Tuesday to Friday (see opening hours) outside these hours if possible in consultation
We carry out the conversion of the consoles to our home address.
So we do not have a shop and no opening hours, for an appointment it is always necessary to email or call.
You can mail us on all days, also on Saturdays and Sundays.
Everyone from the Netherlands or from our own region Zutphen, Apeldoorn, Deventer, Arnhem, Nijmegen, everyone is welcome to us.

Please note that delivery is in the hands of the mail sender, so any delays due to its reservations.
For a very safe method then choose Package Post, because letter post has a greater chance of delay than parcel post.

Are there any differences between letter post and parcel post, letterbox package.
If your order consists of small parts then you can choose between letter post and parcel post, the difference is mainly in the price and speed of delivery.
Parcel Post (incl. letterbox pack +) will be delivered in almost all cases the following day (except Sunday).
In the case of a letter post, you will be charged 1 to 3 working days before delivery (Monday no letter post will be delivered).
If your order is urgent, we advise you to choose a parcel or parcel post.

Available directly from our own stock
For each product on this website there is a stock indication and the quantity in stock. This number is directly linked to our own warehouse, so we do not supply via third parties CQ “drop-shipment” but actually from our own warehouse and from our own stock.

Not at home on delivery
Are you not at home when parcel delivery comes? No problem the deliveryman will make a return attempt the next day, you are not at home then you get a pickup message that allows you to pick up the package at a nearby PostNL pickup point.

Tracking your shipment with track & Trace
Once your order has been processed, you will be sent the Track & Trace code by email. With this code you can see where your package is at that time.

PostNL package to Belgium and Germany: €12.50
PostNL Letter Post EU 0-40g: €5.00, 40-90g: €6.25
A letter post shipment fits through the letterbox, has value up to €30 and is always sent without track & Trace (not insured and traceable).

Other countries: Price on request

Letter postal items to EU countries will be delivered to your mailbox on average within 1 week.
Parcel shipments to EU countries will be offered to you within 2 to 3 working days after shipment.
