Returns & Defects

If a product we have supplied Is defective or you are not satisfied with an article, please read the instructions below:
Please note: Before sending an article to us, first report your shipment by email (see our contact details), and wait for a response from our customer service. Return shipments not notified by email and accepted are not processed and will return sender!

1. Article defect/RMA
If the article is defective within the warranty period (Gen. VW. Article 10.3), you can exchange it against a new copy, follow the instructions below.
Send the defective item to the address below:

Additional instructions (note: When not following these instructions, your return shipment will not be processed!):
1) Please include in an accompanying note (preferably printed) your name and address details as well as the order/invoice number. Or add the invoice or a copy of it.
2) mentioned briefly and clearly what the problem is.
3) Send the complete article, including accessories and packaging.
4) ensure a protective packaging. Damaged parts will not be treated.
5) Please allow sufficient franking, unposted shipments are not accepted.
6) Please include your own address as a sender on the envelope or package.
7) Send expensive parts always registered.
Repair Spelcomputers can not be held responsible for lost letter postal items.
Note: In case of unjustified returns (if the item is working correctly according to specification)
We are obliged to calculate €10 research costs plus the normal shipping cost for the return shipment.

2. Article not as desired/bought incorrectly.
If the item does not work as desired within 14 days of receipt, or if you have purchased the wrong item, you can exchange the item and receive the payment back, please follow the instructions below:

Additional information about return shipments:

>Many of our articles are marked both visible and invisible.
If you return an item which is not purchased from us, we will not be able to process the return shipment.
Keep in mind some days of processing time. We try to answer return shipments as quickly as possible.
You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
